U&A occupies a canal house which contains fully-furnished executive offices designated for use by a specific client, together with central facilities shared by all U&A clients, such as reception/secretarial area, filing facilities and a board room. Archive facilities are maintained in-house.

From these premises, the services offered by U&A to corporations wishing to set up operations in the Netherlands are tailored to suit specific needs – from a less-active, basic holding company requiring simple domiciliation and management services to “substance” clients wishing to occupy their own office within the building and employing dedicated staff on a part-time or full time basis.

The office is located in Kirchberg-Luxembourg, the area that is now home to most banks, government registries, legal and accounting firms. We are conveniently located between Findel Airport and Luxembourg City center thereby easing travel times.

This operation also offers a number of furnished and staffed substance offices, as well as providing less active clients with a representative office and shared facilities.
